Refund and Returns Policy

for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 28
days of delivery. Please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support
Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization
Number (RMA) if applicable.

Step 2: Package Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, with all tags and
labels attached. Include a copy of the packing slip or invoice, along with the RMA if
provided.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is
due to our error or a defective product.

Step 4: Confirmation and Refund

process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the
purchase. We aim to refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy criteria.
Shipping charges and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.
